Job specification

Lead and manage the facility’s risk management and compliance programs, including audits and inspections.
Investigate, document, and report incidents, adverse events, and near misses; conduct root cause analyses and corrective action planning.
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including CMS, HIPAA, and OSHA.
Develop and implement policies and staff training programs to promote safety, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Candidate requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or quality improvement roles
