These terms explain how physicians, healthcare organisations, referees, referrers, and website visitors may use Verovian Agency's US website and recruitment forms.

Scope of these terms

These terms apply to the Verovian Agency US website, forms, public job listings, physician registration routes, referral forms, reference forms, salary benchmark requests, background check pages, and related online communications. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to use the service lawfully and accurately.

Separate written agreements, candidate authorisations, background check disclosures, client terms, facility credentialing documents, or employment contracts may apply to a specific search, engagement, or placement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with this website page, the signed agreement normally controls for that specific matter.

Physicians and candidates

Verovian Agency helps physicians explore US locum, permanent, W2, 1099, and practice opportunities. Submitting a registration, CV, salary request, referral response, or job enquiry does not create an employment relationship, guarantee a job offer, guarantee credentialing approval, or require Verovian to submit your profile to any facility.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and lawful information about your identity, qualifications, licenses, board status, work history, malpractice history, restrictions, availability, compensation expectations, and professional references. You should not submit documents or information that you are not authorised to share.

Verovian should not send your CV, profile, or identifying professional details to a healthcare organisation for a specific role unless you have approved that introduction or a separate written process authorises it.

Healthcare organisations and hiring teams

Hospitals, practices, medical groups, health systems, management services organisations, and other hiring organisations are responsible for their own hiring, privileging, credentialing, compliance, equal employment opportunity, compensation, employment classification, and clinical governance decisions.

Information supplied to Verovian about a vacancy, facility, compensation range, schedule, call expectations, sponsorship, licensing requirements, supervision model, or hiring process must be accurate and authorised for recruitment use. Organisations should not ask Verovian to use unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or improperly confidential criteria.

References, referrals, and third-party information

References should be provided in good faith, from direct knowledge, and without patient-identifiable information. Referees should avoid speculation, private HR material they are not authorised to share, and information unrelated to professional suitability.

A physician referral is not a facility submission. A referred physician is treated as a referral lead until that physician engages with Verovian and approves an appropriate next step. Referrers should not provide another person's private contact details unless they have a lawful basis to do so and believe the referral is appropriate.

Background checks, credentialing, and compliance documents

Background checks, license verification, employment verification, professional references, exclusions checks, drug screening, health documents, and other credentialing steps may require separate disclosures, written authorisations, facility policies, and federal or state law compliance. Verovian may help organise these materials, but the relevant employer, facility, vendor, or credentialing body may make the final decision.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, passport copies, immunisation records, health records, or other sensitive documents through public website forms. Use the secure route requested by Verovian or the relevant credentialing provider.

Email, phone, and SMS communications

When you provide contact details, you authorise Verovian to contact you about your enquiry, profile, referral, reference, role interest, hiring brief, or related recruitment services. Communications may include email, telephone, SMS, or messaging channels where permitted by law and your choices.

You can ask Verovian to stop marketing emails or non-essential SMS messages. SMS opt-out instructions may include replying STOP. Some operational messages may still be sent where needed to handle an active request, legal obligation, or service relationship.

Website content, jobs, salary information, and AI-assisted tools

Website content is provided for general recruitment information. It is not medical, legal, tax, immigration, financial, credentialing, or employment advice. Public job listings, compensation ranges, benefits, call schedules, and role details can change and should be confirmed with a consultant before relying on them.

Verovian may use software, automation, and AI-assisted tools to organise information, parse documents, summarise forms, support matching, and help consultants prioritise follow-up. These tools support human review and do not replace candidate consent, facility review, credentialing decisions, or professional judgement.

Acceptable use, disclaimers, and limits

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit false or malicious information, upload unlawful material, scrape the site in a way that harms service availability, or attempt to access systems without authorisation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Verovian does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, placement outcomes, interview outcomes, credentialing approval, background check results, facility decisions, compensation, start dates, or continued employment. Nothing on the website creates a partnership, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship unless agreed in writing.
